With the large succes of the Grand theft auto series and what Rockstar has done with the epic game Red dead redemption, its safe to say when itsdone by Rockstar its an experience...La Noire just like GTA and red dead redemption is nothing like any game youve played. Its unique and seprate from the rest. A great amount of mystery, adventure, and action.

I'm such a sucker for noir videogames, ever since playing a classic like Grim Fandango. If you like games like that, and the feel of Grand Theft Auto - you will go bananas for this!

Love solving mysteries with a good amount of action and kicking butt! Girl-gamer friendly. :)

I would definitely recommend this to any gamer, or nongamer for that matter

I haven't played this game that long--maybe two or three hours since I bought it due to being busy with school, but I've been entirely in love with premise since I heard about it more than two years ago. I didn't have a PS3 at the time and now that I do this was one of the first games that I had to buy. Being a criminal justice major, I love anything crime related so I wasn't surprised that I would enjoy this game. I love being able to search for evidence at the crime scene, the shootouts, and being able to answer the calls from dispatch while driving the police car around. Definitely looking forward to how the cutscenes unfold as well.Read full review...

Great Game Really Enjoy It

Really enjoy Rockstar games. I played them all Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne 3, Bully, All the GTA series, ect. You name it. L.A. Noire is a great game that is very underrated. The graphics was really good and I recommend this to anyone who likes games where you can play detective. It's not as open as GTA or RDR but it is close. 8/10Read full review...

Recommended Relaxing game with great story and fun to play.

Currently Playing this game. Very nice graphics. Gameplay reminds me of Mafia II.. except for finding clues. Relaxing game to play. So far 30+ hours of gameplay. Giant map with large city. Do not pay retail for this, has limited game play and can get repetitive

Great game can get repetitive at times, no online portion and limited side missions. Do not buy this if you think its going to be like GTA. Only about 10% of game play is shooting. Great story and concept but missions get repetitive.Read full review...

One of the best games I have ever played.

Bought the game because it was such a good price. It started off slow, and not much fun. But after about 2-3 hrs of gameplay, I find myself playing from the time I get off work, until the time I fall asleep! Awesome game. I love how you have to read facial expressions and ask just the right questions durring an interrogation to get the correct answer. 5 out of 5 stars!Read full review...

Noire is a bold release, because it defies the expectations not just for the type of game Rockstar usually releases, but also for the type of game that receives this degree of care and proficiency in its execution.
