My 10 year old was at first disappointed that it wasn’t branded as Lego- but as he put it together, he found it to be practically the same. He loves playing with it, along with his Lego dinosaurs. Just be prepared that the pieces do not come in separated numbered bags (like Lego do), but all jumbled together in a few bags. This came as a sack full of pieces and no instructions. I don't recommend this for younger kids. I bought it for an 8 year old and he gets very frustrated trying to figure out how it goes together.
