WORST PHONE I'VE OWNED SINCE THE RAZR

I bought this phone cause my little brother had one and he bragged about how great it is and how awesome the camera is. That being said, I was talked into purchasing the same phone (LG G4) and it was pretty great for about 6 months. I went into work one day and went to set my phone on the counter and noticed it was off. This was weird to me cause I had just made a call prior to going into work. The phone itself was very hot and I didn't know why. Come to find out, after a lot of research and customer reviews, I found out that this phone has a very bad problem with the software. It gets to hot and I lost everything on my device. I took it into my local store and the man basically told me that no matter what (I was going to just re-buy the same phone cause I hate learning a new one) he said it will happen again. Come to find out my brother has replaced his phone 3 times now! Now that's fine for him cause he has insurance and it ended up not costing him anything for them to send a new one but toss happens about every other 4-6 months. Reviews I've read say it doesn't matter how long you have it, it will poop out on you by overheating. Now keep in mind that I'm not one too abuse my phone, in face I use it minimally when it comes to the average person. Beware!! This phone is only good if it works. I will never buy another LG phone again. If I could give no stars, I would.Read full review...
