Beautiful phone, bugging buttons

It's a B-E-A-utiful phone (sorry, just finished watching Bruce Almighy). It's sleek and it shines, hence the name of the product. What I like most is that although it feels kind of heavy it takes lesser space than a regular phone, and I don't feel it in my pocket. I have to check several times before I'm sure.
There's a downside too. The phone easily gets smudges on the "mirror" that is the screen. The buttons are a bit irritating as well. But not that much. It takes me probably 2-3 seconds longer to text someone with this phone than with my old one.

I'm pretty happy about this. Saw this phone when I went to Roskilde in Denmark and fell in love with it. It isn't sold in Iceland so I decided to check eBay before I looked anywhere else. And I'm really happy I did.Read full review...

Low-Budget Fashion Phone

I bought the LG Shine three weeks ago and I immediately fall in love with the design and number of features available on this inexpensive phone.
The LG KE970 is not a big handset measuring 99.8 x 50.6 x 13.8 mm but its all metal construction accounts for the hefty weight of 119 g. Honestly, the handset doesn't feel heavy at all and the added weight in fact adds for a feel of solidness that is rarely seen in modern mobile phones. Design wise, its hard to determine whether it might appeal more to men or women. Truth be told, that due to the mirror finish of the front panel, the most men that saw it commented that its probably a handset more suitable for women than for men.

It has an easy operable MP3 player and operating the menu functions is just as quick and easy. The display is excellent, although rather difficult to use in bright sunlight, which I more or less expected when I saw this phone for the first time. All in all LG have put a remarkable high quality telephone in the market, with solid exterior and a trendy appearance. The LG Shine is easy to operate which will be to the benefit of the novices among us who are just starting to use a mobile phone. In short the LG Shine is a real must! I bought this phone because I lost my LG Shine last year and after a lengthy search for another, I decided to turn to what I knew best and bought another LG Shine:-)It did not disappoint. This phone is compact and comes in a metal casing which I like. It looks slick with slide open operation and added features for everyday use e.g. internet, camera, video camera, multimedia etc.
The only thing missing is a radio, but I'm not really fussed about that. With a SD card I can add my own music. This is almost a 5* product and I would definitely recommend it to others.Read full review...

The size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours.
