Easy to install

I was impressed how easy this drive was to install. On my case it involved removing two screws on case, unplugging two cables, and removing old drive. Installation was the reverse. That's it! No special software or drivers. I run Linux Mint 17.2 for my operating system. So far I have read and burnt DVD's and read blu-ray’s. I have not yet tried to burn a blu-ray disc. Read full review...

Fast & Accurate Audio-CD Ripping

It is premature to write a review as I had but a limited time before the computer motherboard died and is presently being repaired. The brief time I was able to use it worked well. Been using LG blu ray burners for years. Excellent drives. Burned a many a disc with them. Use good quality Discs and You will have no problem. Hard to get drivers for it. and firmware is hard to find needs a set up disk with the product.
