Good playback quality. The remote is very small so it easily can get lost. The product ls very delicate, so one has to be careful when handling the product.

Terrible network connection reliability.

Each and every time the unit is powered off the network connection is lost. A pop up window will appear on the TV while watching a movie. You must pause the movie and reconnect the WiFi to get the pop up window to stop appearing on the TV. It is very annoying. I have learned to connect the WiFi prior to starting the movie after the unit has been powered off. Additionally, the remote must be perfectly aimed at the player for it to operate the player. The firmware is up to date.

N..Flix app causes player to crash.

Was purchased to use on non-smart TV, BUT the Netflix App causes the player to crash. Will not function in any way unless you unplug it from the outlet and plug back in again.
