Works well, could be better
I have played a ton of dvds and Blu-rays in it already, so it seems to work fine. However it’s very very loud. I’ve gotten used to it now but when I first put a disk in I was shocked at how loud it was. It doesn’t stay like that though it goes quieter when the movie is playing thank god.

When I connected the product to my television and Internet, I was having issues opening the disc door with the remote, but after a brief update, which came up on screen, the product worked perfectly. This comes with an incredibly dinky remote. It freezes up to the point you have to unplug it frequently and most YouTube videos are not full screen all are blurry. It comes with 6 apps all useless except Netflix and YouTube. You can’t add any apps. You can’t play stuff from your devices unless it’s a flash drive and they never said that!!
