If you lose the original after market instructions they will not help you at all...I sent 5 messages over 6 weeks and no response at all, and after about 20 mo it’s played it will stop about 2 mins in with static on display and a terrible high pitch squealing that even on the lowest volume will wake the house and leave ur ears ringing, I did not get the extended warranty and these problems happened about 1-2 months after it would have been over...garbageRead full review...
