Nice weather station
This weather station works really good. The wireless range of the sensors is good. Installation was easy and setup was easy too. I did have to restart the modem for the wifi to accept the station. I would give it 5 stars except the display is not that bright looking up at it ( don't hang it high on the wall). Eye level and looking down at it is ok. Look up my station KFLWOODV3 . To hang on wall take a 8" pice of stiff wire ( coat hangar) bend it in a V then make the ends hooks. The hooks will fit in the slots in the back of the display and you only need one nail to hang. This a fun station that will give hours of information but not a $300 station that would a cat 2+ hurricane. Lol Read full review...

Display Is Of Poor Quality and The Wifi Function to Weather Underground Rarely Works
The display isn't bright enough even when plugged in. You have to look at it on an angle from above to see the display. It is difficult to see from straight on. I bought this unit for the feature ability to connect to weather underground. The Weather Connect App has only once connected to my wifi. It has lost signal now and will not reconnect. I have wifi extenders and a robust router, a nighthawk, and this thing still want connect. I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. This unit should be priced at $50 for what it does as home weather station. It is way over priced.Read full review...

Was looking for a multifunction PWS, ie: temperature, rain collector, wind, and UNDERGROUND PWS compatible or software. After some time of comparing different brands & models, the Laser Crosse. Installation & setup was fast, simple, and easy. Very easy to set up
It worked as designed right out of the box. You needs a free smart phone/tablet app on same network as Console to connect your station to WU. One time. Phone/tablet otherwise not required.
I had to locate Temp/Humidity relatively close, to get full bars.
Heed advice regarding alkaline batteries. Buy name brand (Not Duracell Procell) batteries, measure starting Volts, use the 7 strongest. Buy recent manufacture to get most advanced performance. I just get Energizers at Rite Aid. Console illumination works best in dim light. LED edge lit, may be an easy hack.Read full review...

Just got it hooked up today. Not on the internet with it yet but the sensors are working perfect! I have full signal strength even threw a metal building.Tells me everything...inside and outside temp, wind speed and direction, relative humidity and more. Screen is great with its multi colored LCD's. This unit looked brand new with original box and easy to understand direcions.
