A TIMELESS CLASSIC!!
This is one of those rare films that only comes around a few times per decade that is so classic, so funny it makes you cry and laugh out loud -- one of the greatest French films ever! The U.S. title is "The Dinner Game," but a more precise translation is "The Idiots' Dinner." It concerns a group of wealthy, snobby Frenchmen who get together for dinner every Wednesday night and each has to bring an "idiot" along. Unbeknownst to the "idiots," the group then awards a prize to the person who brought the biggest "idiot." This comedy has a universal appeal -- it resonates with everyone, no matter what your cultural or language background is. I give it my highest recommendation.Read full review...
Excellent Torturus Fun
I Love the basic idea of the film, not so much the cruelty, but the main characters are fantastic actors that do a great job. It will make you laugh out loud.
