Hardware fit issues.

Admittedly, I bought an open box unit, so I'm not surprised that there were no assembly instructions in the package. The holes for the bottom pivot bolt were not drilled properly, so the bolt supplied will not fit. I think a smaller diameter bolt, 1/4" rather than the 3/8" one, will go through the holes. If so, I'll try to use it.
Without the instructions, it took a while to figure out that the 2 bolts connecting the upright tubes had to be screwed into place. At first, it seemed that those holes were also improperly drilled. However, they did go into place and are securely locked in.
I answered yes to the good value question because if it does work, it will be a good value. Wish I could answer "maybe" to the other questions!
