Can not connect to university wifi so I am limited to where I can use it

The product worked well and connected to my wifi at home with no problem. I work at a University and this laptop will not connect to the .university wifi for some reason. I get a message saying I can not connect to this wifi, then all the wifi connection that was listed disappear then I get another message saying no connections available when at first there was available. So I can not use the laptop at work do to it won't connect.Read full review...
