Got two boxes of the genuine.................first one installed would not print. Printer would not
recognize it. (don't know why). Put in the second one and worked perfectly. So I have one
perfectly good (I assume) box of the ink that I won't be able to use. Already opened and no

I bought the product because I always liked Lexmark Ink cartridges for my printer. I thought that my printer was broke, but I was out of ink for some time; lack of use of the printer. I also like the quality of the ink when copying or printing documents.
