One design flaw is the dvd eject button right under the tray which makes it hard to reach and best accessed with the remote. Other than that, a great little machine - hoping this model lasts as long as my other one did but that was purchased new I think. Read full review...

Poor purchase

I got this Refurbished unit that is full of dust and fingerprints in the film on top of the unit. The add doesn't say no cords or whatever.
I just wasted my time and money

Hope to fix DVD side soon.
