An afforable mat cutting tool with great quality

This is a good tool if you only want to do a small number of mats at one time. Yet, you do need to practice with it and need to have some strength for your hand that hold doem the ruler or guide for this cutter. Even with this simple tool, you can get professional quality of picture mats. I use this tool to frame documents that are not in standard sizes and very happy with the results.Read full review...

Glad we didn't donate it when we were moving

Ok, to be perfectly honest - we used the Logan Mat cutter for the 1st time several weeks ago and noticed that the straight cutter was NOT in the set as advertised. But, we've had that set for at least 15 years and never used it so there's a chance we took it out early on and lost it.
