Harmony One Remote Control
This will be the third Harmony One Remote that i have purchased and setup for someone. What makes this remote handy is the large database of components that the Logitech remotes support as well as their ease of use. I recommend the Harmony ONE for those who would like to consolidate multiple button pushes from one remote (or many) into a single button push. The touchscreen is helpful for those who like pictures and words to help them understand and decide on a certain function.Read full review...
Excellent device!!!
I first wanted to buy the Harmony 1100 because it looked more sofisticated and the LCD screen is huge compared to the the "One" model, but after reading all those bad reviews and complaints about it I decided to go for this one, and I have to tell you I don't think I'll ever regret it. It will take you some time to set it up, and that's why it's so functional, there's so much you can program and play with, that once you're done you'll be amazed on how effective this remote can be. I'm controlling not only my FULL Home Theatre experience (TV, BluRay Player, Cable Box, A/V Receiver), but also my climate control and other video games devices, all in one!! I got rid of 7 other remotes and my girlfriend's complaints that she couldn't even watch tv because she didn't know what to do (you know: turn the TV with one remote, set the input to "cable(HDMI)", turn the receiver on with a different remote and set it to "satellite", turn the cable box on and change channels with ANOTHER different remote, etc, etc, etc. Very glad I bought it and you will be too.Read full review...
This a PERFECT for small\medium Home Theaters
Add the PS3 adaptor and this remote controls ALL my equipment, TV, Reciever, CableBox\DVR, Playstation, etc. Woman of house couldn't handle two or three remotes, and who likes more than one anyway. With this, she touches 'Watch TV' (or Listen to CD, Watch DVD, Play Game, Listen to Radio, Watch Internet TV, etc. )and THATS IT! Everything does what it's supposed to. Perfectly clear and easy to see display screen with good backlighting for when the rooms dark. No function from manufacturers remotes left off (that I can find). Simple. Easy. Love it.Read full review...

The One!
I love this Remote. Minor gripes are that a few more hard buttons would be helpful especially Red, Green, Blue, Yellow for Blu-Ray. I had to create 2 Sequences to adjust my Sub level due to the 5 step limitation. Otherwise I love the flexibility to assign functions in any combination of hard and soft buttons. Hard buttons are more convenient in use so I assign the lesser used commands to the lcd buttons. Be warned that there is a learning curve with the software! Once you embrace the Activity concept the light will come on. I use the 1 to replace the remotes for an Oppo Blu-Ray, Onkyo Rec, Hitachi Plasma, and Motorola STB. The few commands not in the Data Base are easily learned by the Remote.Read full review...
Logitech Harmony One Touch Screen Universal Remote 915-000099
I just love this item. It is not the latest model, but many in the know, think it is the best. I do too. It could be easy to program if one knows about that type of thing. I am not good in that department, so had a friend do it for me. TV watching has become a real pleasure now. The remote now automatically which components to turn on or off....Blue Ray, receiver, cable box, and any of the 7 speakers. Just a touch of the finger on the screen!Read full review...

In Harmony
I owned a Logitech Harmony for over a year and it has been great to use one device to control all my media devices. Recently, my mother was complaining of using so many different remotes to control her devices and not being technically gifted she could not watch some of her favorite VHS tapes. This remote made her life simple and once programmed for her she could easily watch her TV shows, switch to DVD or VHS and the simple help feature made it easy for her to use the technology.Read full review...
Harmony One Universal Remote
Awesome remote. Program it through USB on the computer. Supports something like 22,000 devices. Truly a universal remote. I had one, and the LCD cracked from a short fall, it still worked, but the screen was unreadable. The only downfall is there is no repair service available for the $200 MSRP remote. They should be a little more durable, and have repairs available from Logitech, (they built it, they should be able to fix it!) But it besides the fragility, and lack of repair service, I would recommend this remote to ANYONE looking to control their home theater system with the ease of the touch of one button.Read full review...
Best Remote EVER!
I have two of the original Harmony remotes that have always worked flawlessly. I recently upgraded one of them to the new Logitech Harmony One. The new remote offers lots of improvements over the original including a color touch screen and rechargable battery. Like all Harmony remotes the programing is done on their website. You simply tell it what devices you own and follow the prompts to tell the remote how you have them connected and how you want them to work. I have 9 devices and control 11 separate activities. The original remote setup took me less than an hour. When I replaced the old remote the conversion took less than 15 minutes. This is a truly GREAT product!Read full review...
Cool & as expected
Pros
- Easy setup
- Looks cool
- Does everything it says it will do
Cons
- Like any new remote, this one will take some getting used to
- Make sure you aim the remote towards your device(s). It's not RF so it still needs direct line of site. Select components not turning on when they're supposed to happens often for me because of where my components are placed in the room. :(Read full review...
