Great portable keyboard

This little keyboard has proven to be a lifesaver for on the go creation of tracks that would have been impossible in my situation.
It fits in my backpack and had a workable feel to it (although it takes some getting used to I think they made the right choces about where to focus most of the delevopment in this piece of gear) The price is doable, and it is playable with some adjusting ( I have been a professional keyboard player for over 20 years and I love it)

Exellent for beginers

For ages I was looking for a good way to start making music, and so far this midi controller is a great way to do it.
Make sure to try the Ignite Software that comes with this so you can get the best feeling of what this keyboard is got to offer and follow first steps tutorials, once doing that you don't really need much music knowledge to start making some amazing beats. find me at soundcloud ( as adrian-lozano-28) , all songs there I did them using this keyboard and ignite software, then exporting the audios to Sony Acid to give just a few effects.Read full review...

There isn't a better MIDI controller for people wanting to learn basics.

This keyboard is great for anyone thinking about getting their feet wet with a MIDI controller. It has everything you'd want to experiment with. It is extremely responsive and has a wide variety of customizable options. I'd recommend this keyboard to serious musicians as well as hobbyists.

The only downside is the lack of a physical pitch wheel. While there are ways around this with the 32's built in pitch buttons, for most people having a physical wheel is the difference between walking and running. However, in my own experience, this hasn't affected my ability to create quality music in a fast and efficient way

Overall, for the price, you can't get a better MIDI controller. Customizable pots and 2 banks of pads are great ESPECIALLY if you're just starting out learning how to interface/integrate your controller with your favorite DAW.

Not happy

I bought this for my 18 year old for christmas. He likes the small size to use with his MacBook Air. However, it stops intermittently. Not good quality.
