The best bike made by Schwinn!!!!
Well I fell in love with it when I first saw it. My Dad bought me the Lemon Peeler in 1969, I rode this bike until 1980. I then handed it down to my younger brother.I love him but I wish I would have kept my bike. This model totally brought back good memories.It will take more time than it looks to build this bike What a wonderful kit to build and display.I recommend every model builder to get this kit.The best bike ever made by Schwinn!!!!Read full review...

The plastic for the bike frame is very thin and flimsy causing it to have a bend toward one side making the gear/chain piece not align and stay glued. Looks cheap, I tried to straighten out the frame but its just too fragile. Instructions are inadequate to address this issue. Read full review...

A challenge to build even for the experienced. Well worth the effort though as it comes out gleaming and simply gorgeous. Grab one while you can but plan to spend a few days on this one, don't think for a moment you will knock this out in a day or 2,as the parts are too delicate to rush through. The only flaw is in the instructions which picture the brake cables in reverse of the factory bike. Luckily the real bike is pictured on the box top.As for durable - no way as this is a look - don't touch model after completion.The pic shows a model that took many day and still there are more parts to be used like a mirror and headlight and tool pouch. Forget the tall sissy bar version as those parts are molded crooked,they could be cut and straightened out but they are so delicate its not worth the try. Good luckRead full review...
