Just what I needed for small project

I just needed a low voltage DC motor for my Arduino motor shield to demo/test the device. I was able to successfully use them with a 9 volt battery and they run just fine. Having a gear and connector mattered little as I removed the plug to directly wire motors and the gear was not used. Quiet and low power consumption (no I did not measure actual current draw) as both run off 9 volt battery easily.Read full review

I thought replacing this motor would be an inexpensive fix attempt; unfortunately, it wasn't the problem.

The motor was a good buy, but unfortunately it didn't solve my problem...it is something else.
