does a good for the money
i do not use one of those new phones that has all the fancy stuff with all of the downloadable aps. i just have an old flip phone, and that is all i want because i want to limit how much people can spy on me. so, i needed something that would give me GPS positioning data. if you go to a sporting good store, they want (on average) $300 for something that will tell you where you are (plus a lot more - which i did not want). so, i found this used device for less than $20 that might be a little slow for some people's standards (not sure), but it worked Great for my needs. i am looking to buy some vacant land up in northern AZ, and the real estate listings give you some GPS data as part of the description of the property. so, with this device in conjunction with some research using google earth, i can go find these parcels without having to be tied down to spending time with a real estate agent until i find something i am really interested in. the instructions were direct, logical, simple and they worked. do not buy a used one without getting the instructions. the device is too complicated to just stumble your way through it. plus, the neat thing is that you can store GPS positions, and then it will tell you how to get back to that point. Lewis and Clark would have been Totally Amazed by something like this! :)Read full review...

Megan gps
This wasn't exactly want I was looking for. I wanted something to be used for Geocaching and this is not detailed enough. It also sent us on a totally wrong direction on one of the searches. But. If you are wanting a basic compass type guide, this would do.Read full review...

Highly recommended for everyday use
At first I wanted to use this product for APRS in Ham radio but no PC interface port but the product itself is awesome. It's so easy to use and understanding how it works is a Breeze. I do not regret purchasing this product as it definately serves its purpose one way or another.Read full review...
Awesome tool, not as modern but for pinpointing worked
I bought in ebay, unpackaged it and went to my porch. got a landmark and went straight to my laptop to punch in the numbers in google earth (program installed in my laptop) and I was shocked. i mean I am a regular working guy who gets off at 11.30 every night and Im not trying to make unpaid promotion for any kind of product but ... damn, I thought these things had , like a margin of error or something but this little device was as simple aS 'DEAD ON" GOOD WORKRead full review...

Magellan Blazer Handheld GPS Receiver
I bought this product off of ebay in order to save some money as well as try something that i had never done before...geocaching. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a GPS in case it was not going to be something that i enjoyed doing. It has been a fun hobby so far.Read full review...
Ok Gps
This is a good GPS but its older and like older things it will be slow
It takes a while on getting a signal but once you have one it will keep it and the next time you turn it on it will be faster. Its a good GPS if only you want to track waypoints other than that it will give you direction and lon and latRead full review...
