I am 79 years old and suffer from joint pain, bone spurs in my feet and muscle pain. This product has reduced the pain tremendously. It takes a couple of days before it worked on me, but now it is a must do in the morning. I don't take at night as it tends to keep me awake. I have been taking for 1 month and will continue to take.
