Great Marantz Sound!

The sound is great with this amp, even though the display is partially defective, making it hard to set up properly. I used it for movie night at our club house, and it easily filled the good sized room with high ceiling with great sound. I'd give it 5 stars easily, but the amp I bought on eBay had a very dim display.Read full review...

It has it all, then some, Amp/rec. you need the operators book. +++++++++

Not your average receiver and amplifier. Had to download instruction manual. Basic connections are ok but to control you almost have to have a pilots license and simulator time in the Space Shuttle.r>BUT................ with a little study you can fly it.Great sound and loads of power. Great channel separation, bottom end is nice and thick, mid-range complete and the high end is awesome.
Just take your time and read the book and take it one step at a time and you can manage ok.Read full review...

no experienced with it yet

I have not had a chance to use it. need a capacitor changed as indicated by seller (needs repair). how ever it is a very nice unit that I will probably have to go to college to learn how to operate. there is so many things to it that I wont know till it is repaired how it works. I am more of a vintage stereo type of person.Read full review...

Marantz SR5600

Sound is excellent. Found it difficult to set up - using 7 speakers and Sub woofer. Worth the effort. Still learning some modes for playback. Nice amp and very sensitive tuner.
