Love being able to share a part of my childhood with my own kids

The game was obviously in used condition but worked perfectly nonetheless! I enjoyed playing it with my kids!

Fun game, needed work

Game works, at first it didn't, I had to clean out the cartridge. Also, the mouse is dead or very close to dead and I had to buy another, but, game works normally now, so, it's all good. Was kinda upset that I had to pay 20 more dollars for another mouse. And clean the cartridge out.. Read full review...

An expressive and entertaining painting and music composition game.

Mario paint is a very unique game for the Super NES. It would really interest people who are musically or artistically inclined, or are novices to composing their own music and graphic sketches. This game is played with the Super Nintendo Mouse controller, very similar to a computer mouse. The mouse is somewhat smaller than a regular mouse, yet still comfortable. Mario paint includes 3 main modes:1) Sketch mode, where one could draw paintings and sketches with a variety of options; 2) Composer mode, in which one could compose a piece of music or edit one of the three built-in songs; and 3) flip-animation mode, where one could create a flipbook animation with a variety of options. The mouse controller is more than satisfactory when using the game, and you can change the mouse speed in the game's options. It's also very smooth and responsive. Another useful feature of Mario Paint is the ability to choose between your animation, drawing, or musical composition freely. Mario Paint also features a save and load option, where you could save one game file. This file will save your current drawing, animation, or composition. You can save or load this save file whenever you want. Finally, there is also coffee break mode, which is a fast and addicting minigame of swatting different insects before they escape or sting you (it even has a boss bug at the end of every level!). In short, Mario paint is a very attractive and artistic drawing/music game that is a great addition to a SNES collection and still a fun and expressive game.Read full review...

Nice item for a collector

This game is great for the retro gaming enthusiast with kids. I was lucky and got a SNES mouse with my SNES when I purchased it from eBay and knew I needed this game. This game isn’t really a game, it’s more of a Mario themed Microsoft paint for SNES, this game with the mouse would be a good way to entertain kids for at least a few minutes. Not the best game but worth having in a collection as just one of those weird things for the SNES.Read full review...

Mario Paint

This is a pretty good game for the kids, just be sure to get the mouse; otherwise you won't be able to play the game! I thought it was a GAME, but it's not; it works more like the draw and paint program on your computer. Kids can create their own music with various Mario characters and then play it back to hear their creation. My 5 year old and 8 year old loved this one, so I feel it was a pretty good investment!Read full review...

Mario Paint Super Nintendo

I purchased the "Mario Paint" as a gift. You can no longer purchase them in the stores. I already had a Mario paint I purchased new many years ago, and a child who visits my home always wanted to borrow the game. So' I purchased him one of his own. The game is great as a paint pad and you can create music and there is also a fly swatter game which all kids and adults enjoy. The game is simple to use and understand. I have not found any problem with this game.Read full review...

Mario Paint video game for SNES

I liked it because of the price. I decided to buy it because it was fun. And I am trying to make it along with a game system as a gift for my daughter.
Disliked the fact it did take longer than I thought to get here, and it was a little dirty. But wasn't bad at all. The game is one of those games that anyone can play at any age and you don't have to worry about anything inappropriate on it, not like the games today. My daughter is an older adult now but this was a game she liked to play when she was a young girl and figured she would like to have it for her little son's now, my grandsons. It is just a wonderful wholesome game that anyone in the family can play and not have problems with learning how to play it.Read full review...

Retro Paint Shop Pro

This was groundbreaking back in the day, when you bought a brand new SNES it came with this game and a mouse, if you were five years old at the time (such as myself)you were pretty much the king of town.
It's really just a cooler version of the standard 'Paint' program on your PC, along with a few mini games and some other neat features, but if you are ages 5-95, I cannot see you dissapointed while playing this!

You can find a copy realitvily cheap, it is well worth it!
