Isotonix OPC-3 Good anti-oxidant and health maintainer, Pleasant taste
My wife and I have been using this OPC-3 since June 2015. No question it has improved our overall health. I am hypoglycemic and it has really helped regulate my blood sugar and acts as an appetite suppressant after taking the dosage. No question these polyphenols act as antioxidants.
It has also helped with sore legs as it has improved vessel condition and flow since taking it. I noticed the improvements in the first 2 weeks.
We are also convinced it has protected us from common colds - flu etc as our overall health is better. My wife's skin tone is better and we both have favorable blood cholesterol levels since beginning the regimen. It also appears that her menopause symptoms have been improved with a decrease in hot flashes.
We dose a full capful daily religiously at the recommended liquid level and the wife also takes the calcium supplement at the same time.
The only negative comment I can make is that the OPC powder does not like to completely dissolve. I have to stir a lot and find warm water helps.Read full review...
