Good way to cook your Turkey

It was easy to put together, I used 3-1 Oil to help with the screws and it worked great. I plan on using it for Christmas Turkey roast. They do not say not to use Foil, but I want to line the basket insert with Foil and make holes for air. Be easy for clean up. Hard to clean. Came with one leg missing but was replaced pronto. We need more guidance on the roasting times. Do ribs by weight in the book=not done even if the thermometer reads 186.
