I like the product, but wish I could get better use out of it.

I have to start by saying that I ordered two boxes and only one of them has the problems I am about to describe. The product came with all of the add-ons as described in the details, and from first look seemed like it was what I wanted. Although when I use the box it skips when I am watching shows/movies in the add ons. Also it freezes in the middle of turning it on or once I get it on and have on a movie/show, and then I have to turn it off completely and then turn it back on. When it freezes, the screen turns into many lines and makes a loud screeching noise until I turn it off. It's definitely a problem because it happens very often, basically at least once every time I use the box.Read full review...

it worked very well but the matricom box I had I I lost the data on it. So I bought this key and it installed very easy. my box came loaded with a different program witch did automatic updates. You get what you pay for. It functions and does what it says it will do.

The product is great! There are a lot of things I feel they can fix, it has almost a delayed response, also the user interface is complicated. If I'm on Pandora its really hard to get to the "Create a Station" button without the mouse function. The Netflix interface could stand some work too. Over all I am happy with it. This product is a good value possibly but I could not get the information into my box and the directions read like the instructions to launch a NASA rocket. I am not the most savy with a computer and I could not figure this out. It was useless for me except for the cool 4gb chrome thumbdrive that looked like a key.
