Close, but not a bullseye

The mug itself is an excellent piece, although it arrived with a couple small dents in it. For the price, it’s not worth returning so the dents aren’t fatal. The lid has a couple design flaws, though. It has a rubber O-ring that doesn’t come off easily and so will provide a breeding place for germs. It also is a two-piece construction that you twist to open the drinking port, so the joint area between the two pieces also provide another breeding place for germs. If the lid didn’t have these two design flaws, this would be a five-star item. As it is, I’m giving it three stars and only because the mug itself is good. One complaint

The main reason I like this coffee cup is due to the stainless steel inside. Most have a plastic inside. I don't like plastic leaching into my coffee every day. Eh.. you get what you pay for.

Its cheap and it works, but that's about as far as i'm willing to say from a positive standpoint. These are definitely cheap mugs, and if you need to take your coffee with you, it will work. However, for a few dollars more, I would highly recommend getting a mug with more insulation and made from heavier materials. This thing feels like a coke can its so thin and cheap. I bought this and my wife bought me one from Walmart (Bubba brand i think). Anyway, the Bubba mug is FAR superior, and was only a few dollars more. Well worth it. It keeps my coffee warm for hours with the lid shut, whereas this mug keeps my coffee warm for 30 minutes max.Read full review...

Good Quality Mug - That's Hard to Open

If you are young, strong, and agile, you will love this thing. If you're 70, and have a touch of arthritis, you'll have trouble getting it open. All Stainless Interior

I wanted a travel mug that did not have a plastic interior and this mug was just right. I also love the fact that it has a handle. Be sure to hand wash - NO dishwashing. And it doesn't stay hot as long as some of the expensive name brand mugs, but it's also a much better price than the others. It has a double wall to keep product hot or cold. It has a pop on/off top so you an drink it around the house. The lip is rounded smooth on the cup and the lid. It has a slide to close the top and it fits all my cup holders. There is a thumb hold I could do with or without. The handle was easy to grab in the car without feeling around for it.
