Way better than most grabbers!

She loves the full hand grip. As people age & have arthritus in their hands, it's much easier to squeeze with all the fingers than it is with just one as most of the grabbers use. This has been great for her. It's built a little heftier than most grabbers too.

Great grabber, light weight but holds tight and can pick up lightweight to medium weight objects without worry of dropping. Not sure I'd trust it to heavy stuff being grabbed over my head height. The best quality & most comfortable to use teacher on the market

I'm an RN & hurt my right shoulder in a severe fall, including tearing my rotator cuff. I've tried a myriad of reachers- all were poor quality & could not hold the weight of most things in the cupboard. I saw this reacher was made by Medline.,,many of our medical products (wheelchairs, etc.) are made by this quality company. I ordered this & love it! It picks up heavier objects with ease & does not hurt the arm-from the shoulder to fingers. One doesn't need to twist the shoulder to utilize it/ please see the picture. As a neurological/neurosurgical RN of 31 years, this is the best I've found & I highly recommend it for anyone- younger adults with injuries to our dear elderly who have lost strength.Read full review...

Useless for my needs

I have had other reachers with the same design and they were very effective. Everything I tried to pick up slid right through the gripping jaws. I can’t even pick up a section of newspaper or a half-full box of tissues. I bought 2 and both are equally useless. There was no point in donating them so they went in the trash.Read full review...

JUST OK

The grips at the bottom do not close or come together all the way. There is a quarter of an inch gap between the grips. Also, the grips do not pivot. The last grabber I had pivoted and locked in place so that you could pick things up from two different angles.Read full review...
