Porter locomotive trailing truck

I'm rebuilding a Lehmann 0-4-0T Porter locomotive to 1:18 scale. I added a fuel bunker to the cab and thought it needs a trailing truck under there. The nearly 1" diameter wheel seemed to fit. It did but the oversized flange nearly didn't. I had to increase the clearance, Clarence. I ground the frame down with a Dremel sanding drum. Since I don't expect to have any grade on the layout I may not need to reduce the flanges.
