It is just a Halloween special to the cancelled show of the same name, and it is mostly a compilation of a few classic Disney cartoons. But I bought the dvd since I remember seeing it in my pre school class when I was a little kid, and so I loved it at the time, even spent much time without seeing it again that I forgot about it, but I eventually missed it and decided I wanted to own it. Very Limited Screen Time for Disney Villians

This has little to do with Disney Villians...they are simply in the audience as Mickey introduces cartoons about Halloween featuring Donald Duck & nephews & other cartoons with Mickey & pluto. Villains Unite!

I admit to buying it because I wanted to see and enjoy some of my favorite Disney villains. I shared it with my 8 month old grandchild. The colors and animation hold her attention and I get to enjoy an entertaining Halloween Disney film. Just the ticket

My family loved this feature the only thing is my son wished it could have been a full two hour feature film otherwise it was just great !!! Classic Halloween clips!

This is one of my favorite videos to watch during the Halloween season. It has a bunch of video shorts that I loved as a kid and new ones that are delightful as well. My favorite is Mickey and Minnie's Hansel and Gretl done to Danse Macabre. I loved the House of Mouse series as a teenager and it's fun to have it in a movie form. This movie is a collection of classic Disney "Halloween" type animated cartoons mixed into a new story with modern animated Disney characters such as Aladdin, the Beast from Beauty and the Beast, etc. This is some scary content for the very little children in your family but most of it is not too scary. Good Halloween Movie, but not for all...

My 3 year old son loves House of Mouse on the Disney channel so I decided to buy him the only "house of Mouse" DVD I could find. This one. It is a collection of Halloween like Mickey Shorts. My son absolutly loved it! He wanted to watch it all the time. But, there soon developed a problem that I never really thought of. My son soon began having nightmares and ending up in my bed all the time. The only thing I could think of was it was the movie, so I stopped letting him watch it. Problem solved. Mickey's House of Villains DVD

This was exactly what I had expected when I wanted a fun movie for Halloween. Even though it says House of Villians, there's no other description of it being a halloween movie. I had bought Disney's Halloween Treat, used a year ago, but was disappointed with it because of the quality, it's an old VHS tape, and the shortness of it. My childhood memories of it was hugely perpetuated but this new DVD had evrything the Halloween Treat had and much more. Even though an hour long, House of Villians felt longer with all of the "skits" or scenes they have in it. A definite buy if you're a fan of the old and new Disney shows of the Trio, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. But don't expect anything epic like Kingdom Hearts or anything; it's still House of Mouse, mixing old cartoons with new ones. Like I said, a perfectly fun Halloween movie if youcan can find for a resonable price. I got mine new for eight bucks!
