Old, ugly, but works great

These are far from new, and the one I bought had been use - a lot! However, initial testing showed 13.8v d.c. dead on, unloaded. This is exactly what it is labeled as producing. I needed a constant 1.5 amps, it's rated st 2.5a, and has had no problem meeting my needs. It's ugly. It was inexpensive. It works, I'm very happy. Inside looks new, outside is beat to death.
