Why does something have to change

IMOP the MS Office 365 is worth about $25. What I paid was not outrageous but more than what I think it is worth. The real question is why does MicroSoft feel they must change things. In the latest subscription Office fails to recognize that my .xls files should be openned by Excel. It asks me what program to use to open them and of the options provided Excel is not one of them. Microsoft comes through again!

Have been using Office products for over 15 years, each iteration or upgrade builds on the previous version, this is no different and has performed up to my expectations. There are several enhancements in this version in respect to Word, Outlook, and Excel, the three apps I consistently use and the way each application handles the multiple tasks assigned by me on a daily basis is seamless. Excellent value for the price

Office 365 is the best productivity suite on the planet, however the Software as a Service model, which has been gaining steam for awhile, can be a bit expensive. This is where this come in. At the price I got it for an eBay, it's an excellent deal. Just enter the key in your account profile and you get a one-year extension, which can be stacked up to 5 years. I am seriously thinking about doing that and forgetting about renewing for the next 5 years while getting free updates through that period.Read full review...
