These headphones are comfortable. The sound quality is good, remember though, this is a $100 headset so you're not getting studio quality audio. Not sure about the mic as I haven't had to use it.>
It pairs directly to your Xbox console WITHOUT a separate dongle which is super nice. Plus it can simultaneously be Bluetooth paired to another device which is super convenient. It was extremely easy to pair the headset.

After a bit of research and troubleshooting I was able to perform a hard reset and they seem to be working now. I also updated the firmware on the headphones. So far so good, but I almost threw in the towel until I found someone on YouTube who demonstrated the hard reset procedure.
