Milwaukee 12v flashlight

Flashlights are the way of the past. But...it uses my 12v batteries and it’s rare that I need them all. I mounted the light on my work cart. It’s bright, not like modern lights though, and operates all day and I don’t need to buy batteries for it. The magnet is good for mounting inside a panel room. But it only works very delicately placed, make the magnet a little stronger and you’ve got a really good feature. Read full review...

Tool Set Gimme .

I love Milwaukee Tools . I do not love this flashlight . The light is puny . When I tried to focus the light the lens / cap came off . Milwaukee could have gone the extra mile with this product . Focussing beam , multi LED bulbs but they didn't . I love my Milwaukee Rover USB charging light . I think if Milwaukee was going to have a grab bag , tool set gimme they should have gone with the Rover instead of the goop that is the Milwaukee LED Work Flashlight . DISAPPOINTED !!!!Read full review...

Milwaukee does it again....just the best

easy to use and place with the built in magnet....lasted 90 mins ...maybe more...under my hood for an engine fix....used PRIMARILY for close work within 10 feet...not for landing airplanes in a storm. Fits nicely in the soft zip pouch for the 90 degree drill with the drill!....I bought 2 for lights out storms. Nice with the extended heavy battery for standing.

It's good enough.

1. The light is a good value at $30 or less (Bare tool). I would not pay more than $45 at all.
2. The pro's
-The magnet on one side. I did not see that coming. (Extra feature, yeah)
- I think it has long run time.
3. The cons
- The light has no brightness settings
- There is no "focus" control on the light
- An optional wide base to keep the light standing up would be a great bonus. A 4.0 Ah battery or better is also good, but sometimes I don't wan the big battery.
4. The mundane
- Everything else. I expected good quality build and got it. I wanted swivel head; done. The lighting is a good color.

Great wide beam light for up close use

The flashlight is slim and fits nicely in my toolbag. My only issue with it is that the light has a very wide beam of light versus a more precise beam. I do commercial HVAC so when I'm in the ceiling looking to see where a line set goes, a wire, ductwork, I need to see for quite a ways versus just everything close to me. So maybe the light is perfect for other uses but for my particular use, it struggles. But still a great, quality build flashlight. Read full review...

My phone light is brighter and lasts longer

I spend a lot of time in cars, installing cameras and wireless routers, so I need something that provides good light and long battery life. This particular light won’t stay on any metal surface with the embedded magnet, the head is loose and won’t stay pointed at where I need it, it drains the batteries extremely quickly and it produces a very small, focused, yellow beam that is no where near the “True HD” light quality I was expecting. I bought a cheaper light on eBay that works better than this.Read full review...

Milwaukee M12 work light

More of a flood light than a spot light and that's fine. Gave 2 stars because the magnet is quite weak for the lights' weight with a battery in it, head should pivot more downward when standing on its battery and have a stand and/or belt clip or something as well. Had it maybe 2 months and the magnet came out, now it's just a flashlight. Not impressed.Read full review...

Milwaukee 49-24-0146 m12 12v led flashlight

Bought 3 of these little gems. They are rugged well designed compact and put out a lot of light in a big round beam Love the swivel head very adjustable and stands up by itself nicely. Found it very handy when working on my ladder with holes in the top so I just put it in the hole and aim the head where I want ? The battery lasts a long time between charges and is interchangeable with my other M12 tools. Overall one impressive flashlight worth every penny. JWRead full review...

Works

I have another Milwaukee light, this one is much smaller so serves a different function. It doesn't have multi function like the other one yet can be used it a completely different way.

The smallest milwaukee light, just as bright

if you are looking for one of the most compact, durable rechargeable lights out there, this is it. Works for a great many hours on one typical M12 battery, survives the roughest of drops. Has a magnet on one side that allows you to attach it to hood of a car or any other steel surface. Great clicker switch.
I like this better than the M18 LED compact LED light, has the same emitter and far more portable and diverse mounting with the magnet. My Favorite most used lights, this and the M18 Stick Light.
