Great Buy, well designed unit
Well built unit, very easy to use and being that it is battery operated it makes life really helpful. We use this around our shop quite a bit to cut into plastics and it travels very well and easy to keep on line. This is quite bigger than a Dremmel so if you are upgrading from that plase keep in mind this is about 2 times the size with the battery but it makes up in quality and the battery life with the Milwaukee batteries is very good!Read full review...
Outstanding
Another great tool from Milwaukee. Cuts fast. Pretty versatile too. Have also been using my Dremel bits with it on various benchtop projects. I have come to prefer it over the Dremel tool in certain applications such as using small cut-off wheels, although much larger and bulkier. It’s just easier to deal with a cordless tool over corded. Works great!Read full review...

Very Quiet For This Type Of Tool!
I am in shock coming from an old Ryobi tool, this Milwaukee is so much quieter in comparison but has more power and better features. LOVE THIS TOOL!

Excellent Cut Out Tool
This item cut drywall as indicated, intended and expected without any problems...I prefer to have all of my cordless tools to operate on the same battery platform...
Good tool
Nice rotary tool. All my cordless tools are Milwaukee, this fits right in. Convenient and plenty of power. I've used it for drywall and cutting receptacle holes in cabinets. Keep a variety of bits and it becomes highly versatile. This gets less use since I picked up the cordless oscillating tool, still very handy when needed.Read full review...
Great tool for drywall
This tool was shipped fast and was brand new. It works great. I used it to drywall the basement at a co-workers and it was perfect for cutting around electrical boxes and doorways. The 1/8 inch bits are a joke as they break very easily. Buy the rotozip 5/32 drywall bit and 5/32 collar for rotozip and it works much better and the blade lasts much longer. Yes the rotozip collar is identical to the Milwaukee so it works perfect.Read full review...

Nice addition to the tool set!
It’s a few extra bucks for the Milwaukee name, 28k rpm compared to DeWalt’s 26k. Makita’s is 30k rpm but I would need a battery adapter...It is THE tool for cutting out for recessed lighting, outlet boxes, etc, faster, cleaner, and easier than a hand-driven keyhole saw XD.Read full review...

Great way to cut your outlets!
Whenever I work on drywall I always worry about cutting the outlets. It took me a few cuts to gain confidence and to develop a good process. I broke a couple bits early on, but this was user error because I was putting the bits in too deep. Great tool. By the time I'm done with my basement, I'll be a pro. :)Read full review...
