A fine performance of songs that have withstood the test of time.

After watching Britain's X Factor videos on Youtube, I was excited to see that Mary had released this cd, and rushed to buy it. I was not disappointed. This is a well-produced cd. Mary's voice is a welcome change to the pop and rap of the main-stream flow of what passes for music these days. She sings a good mix of standards with passion and control, with a strong voice that takes full command of the songs. It is easy to see why she did so well on Britain's X Factor. I await her next cd with anticipation. In my opinion, she easily holds her own against the established artists in their versions of these songs. I am confident that when you buy this cd, you will agree you have made a wise investment.Read full review...
