New Mitel factory sealed headset. There is not a higher grade than this. These wireless DECT headsets have very clear audio and can go a very long distance. Nice upgrade to my IP phone

This replaced a good lifter on my Mitel 5360 IP Phone. It certainly made the phone setup more compact, making much of the lifter's wires unnecessary. The lifter would sometimes leave the phone off hook. That problem is eliminated with this. Sound quality and range are excellent.Read full review

Excellent value for great working headset

It came quickly - instructions were straight forward, and it saved my bacon (my old headset was damaged by rain coming through the walls/windows of our old office building). Such an expensive accessory, but this was a far better deal than anywhere else I could find, and they're no longer available from Mitel directly (where it would have cost me more than double anyway!).
