Great Bike for the Money
Good solid bike with many great features not always found on this type of bike at this price, e.g. 21 speeds (vs 7 or 8 typically), front disc brake, and front fork suspension. Only negative is its weight. Steel construction makes it pretty heavy for a kids bike and more so than other competing models. Crooked Frame
When I received the bike and put it together, there was a major issue with the rear derailleur. It would not shift to the 1st gear. After working on it for a long time, I took it to a bike mechanic. The mechanic realized that the reason it won't be able to shift into the first gear is because the entire frame is bent and not straight. There is no way to fix the frame without risking complete damage.
I spent good money on this bike for my daughter's birthday and now it will never work properly the way it should. Extremely disappointed with the purchase.Read full review...

Broken used bike at a brand new coat.
Put our bike together today and there is NO WAY it is brand new. We have a broken brake, a tear in her seat and a flat tire!! So disappointing! I’ll let you know how quickly they fix the situation!
