This is the best book ever made.
Lynn Dralle here. My ten year old son read these reviews and wanted to add his opinion. We decided to just type in what he had written for a book report about this book last year. Thanks for reading.
This book is put together from a hundred little stories. Each story has a description, what she paid, what the winning bid was, where she got it, when it ended, how many bids there were, what she started it at, what the reserve was, where it ended up, and a heartfelt story. This whole book is very very very heartwarming. This is one of the best books ever made by man or woman.

Being visual
I find myself going back over and over this book, and its companion books. I'm getting a more solid mental picture of what to look for when I'm on my hunting trip.
Got this for me, my eBay friend, my mother.... If you want to learn How to eBay, try this author's courses or another of her books, The Unofficial Guide... Some things have changed on eBay since it was written, but still very applicable and will help avoid major pitfalls.Read full review...
Inspiring and Motivating
I have been buying on ebay for years and dabbled in selling when I would find something at home to sell. This last bout of unemployment, due to being laid off yet again, had me looking for things to sell not only at home, but at garage sales and thrift stores. I didn't need another "how to" book. I already knew the basics. I also didn't want a book that was selling me a system. When I came across MONEY MAKING MADNESS at Village Books (in the Fairhaven district of Bellingham, Lynn's hometown) I thought it might be what I needed. My mom was always telling me about Cheryl Leaf Antiques and how she loved that store so I figured I couldn't go wrong. I LOVED THIS BOOK!!!. It is inspiring and motivating as well as educational. I learned to write better listings from example. I also had an idea of what to look for when I went "saling." The best part was the wonderfull stories that went with each auction. I bought the first "100..." from queenofauctions and am quickly devouring it too. Can't wait for the third installment due out at the end of July!Read full review...
Making Money Madness
It was a fun read and I liked all of the different things she found to sell on ebay. I found it very interesting. At the same time I would have liked more information about actually using ebay. The author has classes for sale on ebay, so in essence she would be losing money for giving this information away.Read full review...

Her success stories are so wonderful and they inspired me to improve my ebay business with I Sold It. New Prospective On Buying
I liked the fact that this book gives a good example of what odds and ends sells on eBay. It gave me a new prospective on buying and prompted me to be more aware of identifying brands and artist marks. It also helped me write better descriptions for my eBay items and add more pictures in my listings.
It is well organized in a form that keeps you focused. Lynn's personal stories are an extra bonus! Very charming!Read full review...
The 100 Best Things I've Sold on Ebay
What I really liked about this book is that I learned about different items I would have never looked for in thrift shops before I read this. It gave me knowledge about different makers and what to look for, which is really all I wanted from the book. Her stories were just icing on the cake. What I didn't like however, was the fact she encouraged people to make friends with store employees at the thrift shops so you could possibly get into the back before items are brought out for first pickings, which I found highly unethical. Lynn Dralle has really inspired me in this book.
It's fun to learn about Lynn and her kids ebay business's and to learn about her grandmother and auctions she and her kids have sold!
This is really a great book and I recomened all ebayers to read it... It's helped me with my business with ebay and it will help yours.
Lynn this book was a very fun, helpful and touching through all of your stories that I nearly wanted to cry.

Can it contine...
I purchased this book, because after reading the "First 100 things..." , I felt the strong family connection that she had with her grandmother and it reminded me of my connection with my father and the things that he has taught me over the years. Plus the interesting stories behind the items listed in the book. My curiosity wanted to see if she continued the same flow with the second book. It was just as interesting as the first and now I'm looking forward to buying the third book. Highly recommend.Read full review...
