Good, though some features are omitted from the PSP version

This game handles essentially well for a PS2 game, even though online multiplayer has been long dead since the rise of online gaming for PS3 and PS4 games. However, this game does not feature Photo Mode, even though the manual states that there is such a feature. Good racing game, wish the game was a little easier....

I bought this game when it came out but didn't play it for about a month. I kept on telling myself will I like it or not.

In the beginning, when I popped it in my PS2, it was a lot of fun. Great selection of cars and trucks, great tracks to race on, and great graphics! Even on the PS2, the developers did a fantastic job with the graphics! But the controls are were loose. Thats were my problems began.

Now comes my biggest complaint about Motorstorm: Artic Edge, its freaking hard! Maybe its just me, but I don't like it when the computer controlled vehicles barely make mistakes and win almost every time in certain events! Some places are just hard controlling cars and trucks your given. On some races, I had no choice but to use a truck to race against cars, ATVs, motorcycles, and snowmobiles, and I just kept on loosing! Its one of these games where it starts on normal but it gets difficult very fast.

Oh yeah, there is no cheats or passwords! It would have been great to have unlocked the levels and vehicles to play through if you can't beat the single player campaign.

I traded the game in and got store credit.

Buy this game if you have the patience to deal with the loose controls and aggressive CPU.Read full review...

Adictive For Sure!

Love this game! Similar to Burnout but with more vehicles and crazy wrecks. Even though you crash a lot it makes you want to try that much more to finish in 1st place. All the vehicles race different and crash different which makes for endless play! I bought all the other PS3 versions plus the PS2 game. I love racing games so these games are a great addition to my collection.Read full review...
