moulin rouge movie with jose ferrer about lautrec
i love the artist toulouse lautrec and this movie is all about his life. i bought it because there is no copy of it available in vhs form anymore anywhere in my town to rent or purchase. there is no other movie that i know of that is this good about the artist toulouse lautrec. it details what he went through as an artist and man in a very honest and entertaining way. jose ferrer looks exactly like lautrec and does a wonderful job in the role. i think it is among the top movies about an artist's life. it tells of his childhood and how he became deformed and then of his lonely existence even though he was surrounded by patrons of the moulin rouge. i'm very happy with my purchase.Read full review...
Lucy appears in a small cameo
This film one the oscar for best picture and is an all around fun picture --- It stars a very young zha zha Gaabor and has a small cameo by a pre "I Love" Lucille Ball!!! the songs are somewhat dated, But the picture and acting are just as beautiful as the were in the 1950's!! you should own this movie...Read full review...

Me & My Grandmother Love The Moulin Rough Classic old movie on VHS :) & i'm glad that i'm getting it on VHS Tape, i had this movie & through it away by mistake but now i'm getting it back again. :)
