If you don't know Mr. Bean, you are missing out.

Mr. Bean, is a timeless classic. He's kind of like a live action Pink Panther. He occasionally speaks however, his antics are more creative and imaginative. Your kids are safe from the normal vulgar, lewd, sexually charged stuff...etc... they put on tv nowadays. So, if you are a parent concerned about it, rest assured Mr. Bean, is refreshing.

This 3 disc DVD box set says 14 episodes, and it seemed to be a little confusing to some people, in other reviews of this box set. 14 Titles appear throughout the DVD's of Mr Bean, each opens a menu with the show...There are several..."episodes listed within each title". So, its not just a 14 best of type of thing.

Anyways, this is one of those good for a long car ride or binge watching kinda sets. You aren't going to be stuck waiting for previews to end before the menu appears. It has a quick A&E preview then the title menu page.

Only thing is, after the chapter title ends, you have to manually hit play for the next one to start. But, it is a small price to pay, especially if you are using it for a road trip. On/off, easy access to return to that chapter or specific episode. And, I'm not sure but, I think that the last chapter title on Volume One, The Trouble with Mr. Bean, repeats at the beginning of Volume Two. Doesn't mention it but, I could have sworn that it was the same thing. Only one of those things that I noticed. Driving so, I was listening not watching the show, when they swapped DVDS.

Sorry for the long review; however, I am a big fan of his. These people that think reviews are for further feedback of the person they bought it from or, complain about things other than the product that is mentioned, is a waste of time for people that actually want to know about it, so they can be informed on a potential purchase. mr. Bean TV Series Rating

I love this product because it's histerically funny and he doesn't even talk. It's just his movements and the stuff that happens to him. The actor is Rowan Atkinson who is one of the greatest funny artists of all time.
It's AAA+++ quality comedy. Better it's the COMPLETE Season so it includes 3 discs.

I buyed because my sister had it and I watched it. I loved it instantly.

Mr. Bean is cool.

I decided to buy this for our family because it is clean comedy and brings us lots of laughs. This is really good comedy that you just can't go wrong with.
If you want clean comedy for your entire family, this is it. Other comedy just does not measure up to wholesome family fun.

I need to add some additional notes here.
After viewing all the episodes and the "extras" biography on Mr. Bean it is only fair that I warn you. I did not know this, but on two episodes Mr. Bean is totally naked. On one show he loses his swimming trunks and his backside is shown for maybe a couple of seconds. I was surprised and it was too late to go past it after it happened and my kids were watching with us.

The other show only shows his "side" without clothes.

In the "extras" that Rowan Adkins talks about his past there was a shocker for me when they shows clips of a bunch of people on a stage dressed in costumes and the womens costumes were designed for the womens breasts to be fully exposed. I was very uncomfortable with this since my kids were sitting there watching with my wife and I. It was too late once again to do anything about it.
So if you plan on watching the "extras" I don't recommend your kids being present unless your ethics are uneffected by this.

Overall, it is still great comedy.

Oh, one other thing, if you have never watched this before, I don't recommend eating at the same time, you may choke from laughter.Read full review...

The completely hilarious Mr. Bean!!!

I absolutely love Mr. Bean (otherwise known as Rowan). I don't know how one couldn't love his crazy antics, from a child to the elderly--his comedy appeals to the whole.
I've watched Mr. Bean on the television (BBC) at various times when I could, over the years, and finally decided the best thing to do would be to purchase the whole series, so I could have it on hand.
My kids watch this series over and over, never tiring of watching it, and laughing hysterically every time.
My absolute favorite (if it's possible to pick just one!) is Mr. Bean goes to the beach--it's just amazing how one can put on a pair of trunks without taking off their pants first! If you haven't seen it, you're missing out!Read full review...

Love it! Love it! Love it!

Mr. Bean represents high quality humor, that needs no words or vulgarity to get laughs. Character is a somewhat hasty acts but naive, childlike in the best sense of the word. For those who enjoy it  for the first time, their laughter will be sonorous. Those who are already fans of Mr. Bean will see each episode with a smile, commemorating the moment you first saw it. This is a collection that is worth having. Recommended for all ages because it is a comedy very well kept.
