Does what its supposed to

Didn't like that it took so long to arrive from the West coast to the east (2 wks!) Or that it started w/Fed Ex ground (never again!) then switched to USPS THAT was a nightmare! Anyhoo, the taste is disgusting but I had to use mind over matter to quickly get it down & not throw up but got through it & the Psyllium powder mixed w/the Bentonite Clay works well. You get a great amount of Psyllium powder which will last you a good long time. Mine will last probably 2-3 years as I I'll only be using it VERY sparingly on an AS needed basis. Try it. Does the Trick

Yup...this is solid stuff. Doing my business has become much easier, so to speak. Takes a couple of days to kick in if you're very constipated. But then regular intake keeps everything moving nicely.

Not metamucil but still a great product

Not a flavourless metamucil if that is what you're expecting, but still a great product with its own merits. Does not dissolve as thoroughly as Metamucil and is not as finely ground so it's a little grittier, however it does not have that over sweetened taste that most of the metamucil products have.
