Funny, but also Rich...

While Mr. Sedaris is one of the funniest authors I've ever read, he has a way of describing his own flaws and discoveries in a way that makes you understand he is not laughing at the people he writes about, but rather the situations that we find ourselves in. I've enjoyed all of his books, but think this is in the top 2. My favorite stories included Naked and the Drama Bug. I was literally laughing out loud when reading the latter. I will definitely include it in the pantheon of funniest David Sedaris stories along with 6 to 8 Black Men and Me Talk Pretty One Day.Read full review...

Entertainingly funny, loved it!

Extremely hilarious novel, then again most of his books are crazy funny. He can turn any mundane story into interestingly comic. His writing is extraordinarily different.
