I like the NAXA MP3cd player!
I have a large collection of Old Time Radio programs on MP3CD's. But, where I live it is getting harder to find players for MP3s. So, I ordered a Sony player thinking that brand would be great. It works, but the sound is bad. Then, I saw this one for a great price and ordered it. So far, it is working great. I am going to order one or two more. That way, I should have enough MP3 players to last the rest of my life. I am 82, now. I think this player is very good. I don't use the radio part as I have another radio that I use. Bigger than it should be, disappointing sound

Overall it's a nice unit with good sound. But radio reception is very poor. Very few stations are picked up and there is awful static on all but two stations. Radio function does not work, frequency not displayed when tuning. JUNK.
Received "radio' property. Works fine on CD and USB.. Radio DOES NOT receive radio on Am or FM. When the radio functioin is sellected, the display shows "tu" (presumable for tuning) and the radio on receives static, and not much of that. Adjusting the dial in AM or FM does not display frequency and static sounds change, but no usable station are obtainable. Fantastic machine! It plays all of my standard CDS as well as my wma long playing discs! It will also play my wma encoded usb thumb drives. I am very pleased that I bought it. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend it!

For the money, this is a good unit. The USB system will only recognize 999 files no mater how large the USB drive is and will not change directories. The sound is just OK but what do expect for $55?
