Advanced camera for it's time, has been surpassed with better ones.
The S80 had advanced features when it was first introduced years ago, but newer cameras have smoothed out the bumps. The slide cover has a tendency to collect grit and cause scrape marks. The 3" screen is adequate, but cannot be covered to prevent scratches. Pictures need to be copied from internal memory to the SD card (or back), using the copy option of the setting menu. However, in good working order, this is a nice camera for a young person or a beginning photographer. It's very compact and has lots of photo features. In good condition, the camera should cost around $35 (when new, it sold for about $110).Read full review...
