I bought this for my 4yr old daughter for christmas, and she absolutely LOVES it! I was concerned that it might be a little to advanced for a 4yr old, but there are great educational games out there for younger kids!

Nothing to Lose.

At first I didn't want to purchase the old DS lite because I could've purchased a DSi instead. But Having a lot of Gameboy Advance games that were given to me as gifts, and not being able to play them along with my new games, on one system, would kill me. DS is good fun

We bought this Because we could not find it anywhere. None of the Big Box Stores had it. Plus we got the color my son wanted. He loves it and plays everyday. We do limit his play. People don't realize that the DS Lite has 3d capability and multiplayer games that nearby friends can battle if they have a DS. Kind of like a walkie talkie.Read full review...
