Great portable gaming product!! Perfect for kids and adults too!

I purchased this product for my son and it works great! Its small, compact size makes it easily portable, which allows him the convenience of using it virtually anywhere. the screen lights up, so it can be used in dimly lit/dark areas; you can adjust the volume from full sound to silent; the buttons are simple and easy to use; and with many games to choose from, it's an item I’m sure will give him years of enjoyment! It holds a charge pretty well too, and when the charge does start to diminish, all you have to do is plug it in, and it allows you to continue game play while charging. I think one of my favorite features of this product is its ability to fold in half and close when not in use (like a laptop). Unlike other hand held games which don’t fold and close, this feature helps protect the game screen from being scratched when not in use. This gives me some piece of mind when my son decides to shove it his pocket and run out the door, as opposed to putting it in its carry-case, and gently carrying it with him. So many memories this little box has brought back!

Something interesting to note is that the label on the back of the GBA SP I got is the Japanese type without the barcode, and the model number is AGS-001. The model number for a back lit GBA SP such as this one should be AGS-101. I am not complaining and I am otherwise happy, but this is an interesting detail.Read full review...
