The ability to play or view movies on the handheld without using the TV is great!

Allows the kids to still have fun while you use your main scree to work or watch something else. Its very easy to understand, lightweight, and love the graphics. It may not have a huge selection of games compared to other consoles, but Nintendo has always distinguished itself for its own kind of games which if you are into, they are extremely great! I. E. Amazing!

I had my serious doubts about this system. It always looked like a waste of money and time. But I was entirely wrong! The system flows nicely and I constantly surprising me with how nice it is. Graphics are soo much better than the rest of the Nintendo family (minus the switch for I have not used/seen it) My ONLY downside is the fact you can't take the Wii U game pad that far from the system itself. I can only get about 10-15ft before it errors on me. But I can play on the game pad while someone else uses the tv, and just switch back and forth instantly if needed.Read full review...

Pointless console release fun for a while , Shovelware games already

Bought this day one and I have since returned it. I can not explain how much of a waste of money this game console is .I'm not going to gripe about the appallingly large update needed as its a known fact . The Nintendo online gaming strategy is terrible . The game selection is terrible . The battery life is terrible . I really can not recommend anything about this game console .The games level and graphics on this system are the same as Xbox360 and PS3 so why even bother releasing this thing ?.The WiiU gamepad/tablet is not for young kids as a replacement will cost around $150.00 when they actually decide you can buy a replacement . Think a lot before purchasing this console . ass a foot note black Ops 2 on this system is by far the worst out there . Don't pay high online prices . Most game stores and big box stores have this system in stock $299 and $349.Read full review...

Just a fun time.

It is easy to use, I love the touch pad, HD graghics. Just a fun time. mario cart is really one of the best games of the year, and good family fun. We also play just dance 2015. The WiiU is noticeable faster than the original Wii. There is also Netflix and other video watching apps, and you can hook up your cable tv through it. So someone can play a game on the touch pad while someone else watches network TV! So nice new features as well.Read full review...
