I use this whenever I have to cook meat now. The probe is fantastic, because it lets you set it and forget it. It'll cook it more if it needs to no matter what time you set it to.

Nice counter top oven

Still getting used to it, but it's not really the most user friendly appliance out there. When I figure out how to make something, it does a very nice job.
